Every year we promise ourselves that this year we will definitely give that bad habit the flick, only to give into that habit again within a couple of hours .Well, the good news is that the so-called ‘bad’ habit may not actually be as bad as you think.

Apart from this, researchers at Keele University’s School of Psychology found that swearing can provide effective short-term relief from pain. At times swearing makes the conversation interesting and funny.
However, the study also tells that swearing should be uttered during crises only, because the higher the swearing frequency of a person was, the less pain relief they experienced.
5. Are you an "ANGRY" bird?
But research points out to the fact that losing your temper once in a while isn't a bad thing after all. This is required so that we don't bottle up our emotions to a point where it consumes us! Venting out our emotions sometimes helps in releasing stress, and is also found to reduce the risk of a heart attack!
6. DREAMING DELIGHT!
The reason being, while we daydream, the part of the brain that works toward problem-solving becomes more active.
