Whom would you nominate as India's Most Loved CEO?

There was a time when we heard the term CEO, we always thought of Corporate big shots dressed up in Suits in plush offices. But now, the definition of CEO's has also been changing, they can be leaders from the different streams. Aren't people from Sports or Bollywood great leaders? Of course, they are!!!

All of us have been mesmerized by the impeccable leadership qualities of MS Dhoni and it has helped Team India reach greater heights of success. Similarly, Virat Kohli and Sania Mirza have been role models for many youngsters. Recently, Vijender Singh has won the WBO Asia Pacific Super Middleweight title and made our country proud. Bollywood stars who were once considered to know only acting skills, now have strong business acumen as well. Khans are said to have equity in their films business and their timing of movie releases clearly demonstrates their market understanding. A load of other film stars are known to have invested in other startups and some have started their own companies too. The list includes Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Karishma Kapoor, John Abraham and many more. We can also look up to a few politicians who have demonstrated excellent team management skills and have done huge turn-around for a number of projects.

So, when we think of the #IndiasMostLovedCEO contest, there can be other nominations from these role models too. The contest is LIVE now and has been receiving a phenomenal response. And if you think, that a CEO can only change the fortunes of a company, you might be wrong. Checking the testimonials from a whole bunch of youngsters on, you would come to know how their CEO's have changed the trajectories of their careers by simple, yet valuable gems of advice.

If you idolise your CEO and think he or she deserves a mention of appreciation, then do nominate them for this awesome contest and apart from chances of winning a Moto G and Flipkart vouchers, you can be featured on their website of this contest as well. You can also nominate CEO's of other companies and make your Top Boss jealous, wouldn't this be a perfect revenge if he or she has not been able to earn that respect from you?

And if you think that being a CEO is a cool job, then think again. They are the people having highest levels of responsibility and often blamed for any wrong decision that happens in an organization from anyone. Remember Kejriwal blaming Modi for every single thing that has gone wrong in the country? Moreover, CEO's are the first ones who lose their position, when for any organization, Winters are coming!

So guys, let your Leaders know that you care and appreciate them, and believe me, this one nomination from you would also increase your chances of promotions in the next appraisal manifolds. Just tweet your nominations with the hashtag #IndiasMostLovedCEO and be the part of this fun and creative contest.
